Our History

2012, Doshine(Hongkong) company established, and we have our first team to service our customers which have been exporting various of materials to the oversea markets.

2020, to meet more and more customers’ needs, we started our business in China mainland, and had our branch company Jiaxing Doshine Company.

1.CARBON FIBER PRODUCT

1.CARBON FIBER CHOPPED STRAND


Carbon Chopped Strands is made of sized or non-sized fiber. The short fiber dispersed more evenly compared with fiber filament. So it is usually applied to carbon fiber reinforced plastics.

It can be compounded into plastics/resins or portland cement to improve mechanical performances, abrasion characteristic, electric conductivity and heat resistance.


2.CARBON FIBER VEIL/SURFACE TISSUE

Carbon Fiber Tissue / Veil is a non-woven mat made of randomly oriented Cabon fibers distributed in a special binder by a wet lay process.

Product feature: High Modulus, High Strength , Fire Resistant, Corrosion resistant, Fatigue Resistant


With a resin-rich surface it can increases chemical stability and reduces the risk of micro- cracks forming in the composite surface. Carbon veils can also providing conductivity, anti- static, and anti-spark properties, be used for grounding a composite structure, minimizing the build-up of static electricity etc..


3.CARBON FIBER WOVEN CLOTH


Carbon fiber woven fabric / cloth is used as reinforcing materials for civil engineering products, and as materials for sporting applications, including bicycles, and aircraft components. The range of applications continues to expand.

Carbon fibers is a key ingredient in advanced composite materials. They are bidirectional weave. These fibers are strong and stiff and have a high specific strength when combined with a matrix material (epoxy resin). It is the combination of high strength, high stiffness, extremely light weight , unaffected by high temperature /fuels/oils , anticorrosion, and low density that creates a product that is a higher composite material.

The two most common types of weaves are "plain weave" and "twill" in different yarn (1k,3k,6k). Plain weave is a balanced checker board pattern, where each strand goes over then under each strand in the opposite direction. Whereas a twill weave looks like a wicker basket. Here, each strand goes over one opposing strand, then under two.

Both twill and plain weaves have an equal amount of carbon fiber going each direction, and their strengths will be very similar. The difference is primarily an aesthetic appearance.


4. CARBON FIBER WOVEN TAPE


Carbon fiber woven tape is carbon fiber reinforcement material which has been woven or stitched at a specified narrow width and then edge stitched to provide a woven tape that can be used for localised reinforcement and seam taping of carbon fiber and composite products.

Carbon fiber woven tape is usually manufactured in 3K weave fabric, plain or twill. These tapes have been treated with an epoxy finish to provide optimum adhesion between the fiber surface and the resin. A great alternative to cutting small widths of woven fabric that unravel when bonded to the substrate.


5.Carbon fiber unidirectional fabric


Carbon fiber unidirectional fabric features graphite and a cloth thread securing it. Unidirectional is useful for areas requiring strength in only one direction.

It can also be overlapped at a +/- 45 degree angle for added strength. It is a strong, lightweight composite that can be used with polyester or epoxy.

The unidirectional fabric is usually in 12k carbon fiber tow. When high tension and/or strength is needed, the Uni directional weave is the best material for these applications.


6.ARAMID FIBER FABRIC/KEVLAR FABRIC


Aramid fiber fabrics are woven of Kevlar® aramid fiber combine very high strenth-to-weight properties with excellent abrasion and cut resistance.


They are primary used in aerospace and military applications, for ballistic rated body armor fabric and ballistic composites, in bicycle tires, and as an asbestos substitute.


7.UHMWPE FIBER FABRIC

HUMWPE fiber fabric is manufactured with Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber(HUMWPE) also known as high strength and high modulus polyethylene fiber. It is made by molecular weight of 1000000-5000000 polyethylene which its specific strength is ten times more than steel and specific modulus is only less than super carbon fiber. It has good performance of high strength, high modulus, low elongation at break, impact resistance cutting resistance, anti-ultraviolet radiation, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance and other characteristics.


It is made by 200D,400D,600D,800D,1000D,1500D,3000D UHMWPE fiber as material with weave style plain, twill and satin, Its application mainly including body armor, bulletproof helmet, light armor, sports equipment, ropes, cables, sails, filter, etc.


8.BALSALT FIBER FABRIC


Basalt fiber fabric is a kind of high performance engineering material with various unique properties and for composite applications, it is entirely made of 100% BCF (basalt continuous filament) roving.

Basalt fibers are naturally resistant to ultraviolet (UV) and high-energy electromagnetic radiation, maintain their properties in cold temperatures, and provides better acid resistance.

Reportedly, basalt also is superior in the realm of worker safety and air quality as well.

Moreover, Basalt fabrics are produced for structural, electro technical, general and specialized purposes.


9.HYBRID FABRIC

Hybrid Fabric is made with two or more than two kinds of fibers by weaving them together. We can mainly supply carbon/glass , carbon/aramid fiber hybrid fabric.
